Biography

Elsa Maheri is a devoted and passionate attorney who takes pride in protecting her clients from greedy insurance companies who routinely place their profits above all else. As an associate attorney, Ms. Maheri sees her role as the voice for her injured clients as paramount – her zealous representation is proof enough.

Ms. Maheri attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and graduated in the top third of her class. Upon graduation, Ms. Maheri began her legal career practicing immigration law and criminal defense in the Atlanta area. Ms. Maheri then went on to practice at a large Florida-based insurance defense firm where she worked on cases involving slip-and-falls, trip-and-falls, motor vehicle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, wrongful deaths, and negligent security cases. There, Ms. Maheri gained a wealth of litigation experience and, notably, invaluable knowledge and insight into the practices of greedy insurance companies.

Given Ms. Maheri’s prior experience in insurance defense, she is able to predict and foresee the routine tactics used by insurance companies throughout the claims and litigation processes. Ms. Maheri is an Atlanta native born to Ethiopian immigrants. She currently lives in Atlanta with her fiancé, two dogs, and two cats.
